The hotel was a wonderful place to stay, especially with the spacious rooms where I could wrap all our gifts easily. The Jacuzzi and heated pool were marvelous and a great spot to watch the sunset. The location is unique, although the initial impression was not the best. The service was exceptional, with the staff being friendly, caring, and professional.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel with clean and nice rooms offering beautiful views of the water. The Internet wifi was reliable, a great convenience at any time of the day. However, the location seemed a bit dodgy, though the free ample parking provided some peace of mind. The proximity to Oakland airport and various attractions by the Bay made it convenient for our outings.

When we first arrived, the room didn't have that fresh clean air smell, but it grew on me. The balcony was larger than in any other room I've stayed in, which was great. However, there was no bathtub, and the bed wasn't a real queen size.
